BeMe is a mobile mental health platform — made for and With Teens In Mind™ — to improve teen well-being by bringing together the best aspects of social, gaming and streaming engagement along with human coaching and clinical care.
Today's teens need and deserve more, and BeMe was created to make teens happier — to intervene early and prevent the need for more intensive levels of care while democratizing emotional health for those who don't always engage or have access to resources.
Combine engaging technology and human connection to support the mental health and emotional well-being of all teens.
No stigma, no judgment, just support. BeMe provides a safe space for teens to explore who they are and be their genuine selves by engaging with positive content, learning new skills, connecting with live coaches and having crisis support at their fingertips for the tougher moments. Safe by design, BeMe merges evidence-based clinical knowledge and input from a diverse, authentic TAB (Teen Advisory Board) to deliver experiences that fit into teen lives on their terms, how and when they want it.
BeMe offers teens carefully curated and vetted content from trusted sources as well as original, expert-informed content crafted by BeMe's own creator network. Content is designed for anything life brings, addressing specific teen-centric challenges and feel-good techniques grounded in the science of happiness.
Teens are motivated and empowered through foundational, clinically-informed, tailored resources ranging from self-guided activities to trackers to self-assessments and interactive modules that transform teens through trust and healthy habits - building strength and boosting mood along the way.
Skills-based live coaching helps teens not just endure but flourish. BeMe's coaching pathways are delivered via synchronous and asynchronous text-based sessions based on selected topic areas and identified personal goals.
BeMe delivers the right intervention when needed with highly trained clinicians who provide real-time support and evidence-based, virtual care to teens. BeMe's developmentally appropriate care is delivered by clinicians with expertise specifically in child and adolescent services and is measurement-based at every step with validated assessment tools and quality assurance measures.
