Account Suspension, Strike & Termination Policy
BeMe is designed with your privacy and safety in mind. Our highest priority is ensuring that our community remains helpful, supportive, and fun for everyone. We want to keep our BeMe Community safe for everyone, and that’s why we have a set of Community Guidelines that outline what behavior is and isn’t appropriate on BeMe.
About Our Account Termination Policy
This policy outlines the circumstances under which BeMe may suspend or terminate your account access and use of our platform. Our goal is to maintain a safe and supportive online community, so we take violations of our policies seriously.
How This Policy Affects You
Our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service outline the behavior and content allowed on BeMe. If you violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, you will be notified by email and in the BeMe app.
Our policies apply to all types of content on our platform, interactions with the BeMe Coaching team, and interactions and comments on BeMe social media accounts. Please note that this is not a complete list, and we reserve the right to terminate your account for a single violation.
If your content or behavior violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, here’s how it impacts your BeMe account:
First Strike
If we find your content doesn’t follow our policies, you'll get a strike. This strike means you will be able to view content, but you won’t be allowed to do the following for three days:
- Use BeMe Coaching services
- Participate
- Use BeMe Care Activities
- Upload MeNow content
Second Strike
If you get a second strike within the same 90-day period as your first strike, you won’t be allowed to do the following for two weeks:
- Use BeMe Coaching services
- Participate
- Use BeMe Care Activities
- Upload MeNow content
If there are no further issues after two weeks, we will automatically restore full privileges.
Third Strike
If you get a third strike within 90 days of your previous strikes, your account will be permanently removed from BeMe. You will have seven days to file an appeal with BeMe to keep your account from being terminated.
How To Appeal A Strike Or Account Suspension
If you feel we should review this decision, please contact the BeMe team with your questions. BeMe's Moderation Team will review your request and let you know if we change our decision.
Please note that following a review of your appeal, the decision of the BeMe Moderation Team is final.
What Happens If You Violate This Policy
We may terminate your channel or account for repeated violations of the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. We may also terminate your channel or account after a single case of abuse, pornography, targeted harassment, animal abuse, or other content.
