Misinformation Policy Page

BeMe is designed with your privacy and safety in mind. Our highest priority is ensuring that our community remains helpful, supportive, and fun for everyone. We want to keep our BeMe Community safe for everyone, and that’s why we have a set of Community Guidelines that outline what behavior is and isn’t appropriate on BeMe.

About Our Misinformation Policy

The BeMe Misinformation policy addresses sharing false information in the BeMe Community. Users are encouraged to review and understand these policies.

How This Policy Impacts You

Our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service outline the behavior and content allowed on BeMe. You will be notified by email and in the BeMe app if you violate our policies.

Our policies apply to all types of content on our platform, interactions with the BeMe Coaching team, and interactions and comments on BeMe social media channels.

Here are some examples of misinformation content that is prohibited on BeMe:

  • Medical Misinformation: False or misleading information about medical treatments, cures, or vaccines, particularly during public health emergencies, can be dangerous and potentially life-threatening.
  • Political Misinformation: Misinformation that is designed to interfere with or manipulate democratic elections is prohibited in many countries. This includes false information about candidates, voting procedures, or results.
