About Our Sensitive Content Policy

BeMe allows you to use photos as your profile to support your mental health. We want to ensure you understand the rules around photographs, illustrations, and AI-generated images on BeMe. Please take time to read and understand our policies.

Sexually explicit content featuring minors and content that sexually exploits minors is not allowed on BeMe. We report content containing child sexual abuse imagery to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which works with global law enforcement agencies.

How This Policy Impacts You

Sharing explicit content will result in your account being terminated and you being banned from BeMe. This explicit content policy applies to real-world or third-party media content in any media format, including video, text, audio, images, video games, screenshare, livestreams, audio, or music.

Do not post, upload, create, or share any content on BeMe that includes the following:

• Pornography or depicting sexual acts in any media format
• Explicit or implied depictions of sexual acts, violence, or animal abuse
• Masturbation, fondling, or groping
• Non-consensual sex acts or unwanted sexualization
• Sharing non-consensual or nude photo leaks
• Violent, graphic, or humiliating content
• Animated or illustrated pornography, nudity, sex acts, violence, targeted harassment, or animal abuse
• Bestiality or promotion of bestiality
• Drug use, alcohol, vaping, or smoking
• Direct threats or implied violence, or targeted harassment (including posting symbols) intended to spread hate, race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, disability, etc.
• Animal abuse, including images, videos, or illustrations of animal mutilation
• Obscene or inappropriate gestures, symbols, emojis, or combination of emojis (e.g., middle finger)

Examples

Here are some examples of content that is prohibited on BeMe:

• Using a nude photo as your profile picture or home page image.
• Uploading video clips extracted from films, shows, livestreams, screenshots, video games, or other content to degrade–even in jest–about race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender, disability, etc.
• Sharing pornography, animal abuse, drug use, nudity, or real or simulated sex acts on BeMe
• Uploading non-consensual videos, images, and screenshots to degrade others or target them for violence, harassment, or abuse

Please note that this is not a complete list, and we reserve the right to terminate your account for a single violation.

What Happens If You Violate This Policy

We may terminate your channel or account for repeated violations of the Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. We may also terminate your channel or account after a single case of abuse, pornography, targeted harassment, animal abuse, or other content.
